RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

We aim to deliver every order in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video (mandatory) showing the package and product must be shared for verification.

After verification, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A refund, if replacement is not possible.

Important Conditions
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
• Minor color or design variations are not considered defects
• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
